Hale Ultimate

Welcome to Nathan Hale High School Ultimate. Each year we recruit a great class of student athletes who compete in league, states, and national tournaments.  Players of any skill level are welcome to join the team.  The Raiders ultimate program grew out of an informal student lead game to a club sport by 2002, and gained recognition by the school in 2004.  Currently, we have varsity and junior varsity girls and boys squads, and are recognized as one of the elite public high school programs in the country.

Nathan Hale has had a strong run in the past few years: the girls' team won the Western High School National Championships in 2005, again in 2006 and placed 3rd in 2007 and 2008, while the boys' team placed 3rd in 2005, 10th in 2006, 3rd in 2007, and 5th in 2008.  Former Raiders have gone on to compete at the highest levels of ultimate including UPA College Championships and UPA Championships.  Some former Raiders have even represented our nation on the Junior National and National teams at World Championship events.
