April 28 - May 4 Players in odd numbered positions on the ladder have the option to challenge up one spot

RULES:

1. "Letter Winners" and the top "Varsity" and "Junior Varsity" team ranked players are placed on the ladder in the order they finished the previous season.

2. New players are placed on the ladder according to abilities as determined by the coaches.

3. Challenges will be assigned by the coaching staff.  The first two weeks of the season we will try to schedule as many challenge matches as possible.  Week #3, the players slotted in the odd positions will challenge up one spot.  Week #4, the players slotted in even positions will challenge up one spot.  We will alternate odd and even challenges every week throughout the season.

4. Once a player has defeated a challenger twice, a third challenge will only be assigned by the coach.

5. Players must accept a challenge from players below them on the ladder.

6. Players have one week to accept a challenge match or forfeit their position on the ladder.

7. As a player please use challenges to prepare for match play.
