Nathan Hale Boys Lacrosse Club News – December 2011
Season start date + practice times. February 27th – season officially starts and coaches practices begin.
Practices will be from 5:30-7:30 at Summit Fields, just north of the Nathan Hale campus
Season Games
The first game of the season will be March 13th. All home games will be at Summit Field at 5:30 pm. Most games will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Pre-Season Practices. All practices are at Summit Field.
Pre-Season Jamboree. Nathan Hale will again host it's 3rd annual pre-season jamboree on Satyurday, March 10th.Please mark your calendars and hold this date for all-day lacrosse.
Board Meeting. There will be a board meeting on January 5th at 6:00 pm at the home of board president, Ron Wright, to plan details of the upcoming season.
Equipment + Uniforms
Team uniforms are provided by the Club,
Gloves. you can purchase team gloves through the club
Hale Lacrosse Equipment Discounts: Breakaway Sports-Seattle is offering all Nathan Hale + Queen Ann players a 15% discount on all purchase made December 16, 17, and 18th.
Team Helmets: If your player needs a team helmet, please do not purchase one direct. Contact Ron Weight and he will assist you with logo and colors and will be making a team purchase (at a discount) by January 1st. There is a 2 month lead time to get the helmets, so please get your order in by then.
Registration Fees + Forms
Registration fees for the 2012 season are $375 per player. Please note - the actual cost to run the lacrosse club is approximately $850/player. The Club makes up the difference through a combination of fundraising events and private donations.
Please note: NO Player will be allowed to practice until their forms have been filled out!
All players must be registered with USLacrosse or they will not be allowed
