Boys Lacrosse Finishes Season
The Boys Lacrosse Team finished out the 2009 Season tonight with a 4-15 loss to Blanchet. The later half of the season was tough, with the team playing 11 to 14 players - against full teams of 20 or more. Injuries to key players kept the team from being fully competitive against strong competition.
Everything is in place for a strong core group to build the program back next year.
Sam Osborn finished his Hale career tonight with 10 shots, 1 goal, and 4 ground balls. Other seniors playing in their final game were Craig Harkey (with a goal) and Adriel Bienn. Kris Larson completed his season in the game played Friday at Wenatchee. Anthony Orsillo had to watch the final game tonight from the sidelines due to an earlier season ending injury. Best wishes to the seniors as they move on.
Plans for the 2010 Season begin next week.
