Summer Lacrosse - Second Session planned for Sunday 8/25
The Boys Lacrosse Team will be conducting another informal practice session Sunday, July 25, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Summit Field (across the street from Nathan Hale) Again, these summer sessions are an opportunity for new students interested in lacrosse to meet the coach and to learn about the game. We will have gear available for new players to use. For returning players, it’s a chance to meet new players, and to keep connected with the game (and your lacrosse skills). All interested students are welcome. NO PRIOR LACROSSE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

Summer Lacrosse Practice Session Scheduled for Sunday, July 18
The Boys Lacrosse Team will be conducting an informal practice session Sunday, July 18, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Nathan Hale (or Summit Field across the street – we will confirm). This session is an opportunity for new students interested in lacrosse to meet the coach and to learn about the game. We will have gear available for new players to use. For returning players, it’s a chance to meet new players, and to keep connected with the game (and your lacrosse skills). All interested students are welcome. NO PRIOR LACROSSE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We may try for another session as well before the end of the month, and there may be a chance to play in an informal league of Metro teams this Fall. Boys Lacrosse Team Hosts Sammamish for Final Home Game on Monday
The Boys Lacrosse Team will host Sammamish at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, May 10. This will be the final game of the season for the Raiders. Come out support the team. It should be a great close game.

Boys Lacrosse Hosts Roosevelt Tuesday
The Boys Lacrosse Team hosts Roosevelt on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at Summit Field. This is the final regular season league game. Final game is set for Monday, May 10 at Home versus Sammamish.

Boys Lacrosse Wins in Overtime
The Boys Lacrosse team won a close match in overtime against Metro Division rival Garfield in a late Tuesday night game. Alex Wright scored the game winning goal 25 seconds into the overtime period. After a slow start, the Raiders were down by 3 goals at the half. They were able to get within 1 in the third, and then fought hard to tie the score twice in the 4th quarter to set up the overtime win. Ian Harvey scored 4 goals for the Raiders, and Spencer Adams played great in goal, keeping the Raiders in the game. Next home game is Wednesday, April 28 at 5:30 p.m. against Franklin.
